Questions every owner asks before getting started
Is it only for bathing and grooming?
It also works for pet shops that sell products: inventory and finance live in the same system. For full veterinary clinics, we'll assess it on our call.
Can I sell monthly bath packages?
Yes. You create the plans (e.g. 4 baths a month), the system tracks each pet's balance and reminds the owner when it's running out.
My team isn't great with technology. Will this work?
We do the setup: we configure everything, train your team and stay with you for the first 30 days. The system runs in the browser on phone, tablet and computer.
Everything is on paper or spreadsheets today. Will I lose it?
No. During setup we import your customer list from your spreadsheet or phone contacts. You start with the base you already have.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No. It's month to month. If you cancel, you get your data in a spreadsheet.
Which number do the messages come from?
Your business's WhatsApp, with texts you approve. Customers talk to you, not to some unknown bot.
How long until it's up and running?
Within 7 days of the setup call in most cases. If you have multiple locations, we agree on a specific timeline.
Do you work with businesses outside Brazil?
